Our team will collaborate directly with you to understand exactly what you’re looking for & how to perfect every detail in your project

We prefer all final artwork in a PDF or Adobe InDesign file, and any fonts converted to outlines OR be packaged within your files

Before we can move your project to proofing we require a 50% down payment. Full amount is due upon shipping

Shipping costs are calculated upon completion of the project (based on final size and weight). We primarily ship on our UPS account for both parcel and freight service, but we can bill to your account (either UPS or FedEx) if you’d prefer

Your remaining balance is due at the time of shipment. The total cost, including shipping and any applicable taxes, will be reflected on the final invoice
File Preparation

We mainly work from PDF files but are flexible to our client needs.
Please refer to this checklist to ensure your file is ready for prepress.
☐ Set all documents to “CMYK” color space.
☐ Make sure all elements that will need foil stamping, engraving, letterpress, embossing, or die cutting are in a vector format.
☐ Make sure artwork has 0.125 inches (⅛”) of bleed, so the file is 0.25 inches (¼”) taller and wider than the finished size.
☐ Outline all text (or provide the typeface/font in a downloadable file format).
☐ Make sure files are in a PDF format.
☐ If your design requires variable data, such as addresses for envelopes, please provide all typefaces/fonts used in the design.
